The Future is in the bands of the youth and through the organization of this hip-hop jam we hope to get young people involved in a culture that promotes creativity, community, and cooperation.

THE FUTURE is an opportunity for the Santa Fe hip hop community to collaborate with 2 internationally acclaimed breaking crews: Style Elements crew and Artson from the Rock Steady crew.

The 4 elements of hip-hop (breakdancing, emceeing, graffiti, and turntablism) we want to expose youth to a productive outlet for their energy and struggles. Involvement in hip-hop encourages confidence, self-esteem and discipline.

We would really like to say thank you to all the people who have supported Style Elements Videos and DVD's over the last 10 years. Unfortunately, a great number of the videos that were bought were counterfeits. These bootlegs violate the copyright rights of crews all over the world. The bootlegs come from websites and stores that many of you shop in every day. They sell CD's, DVD's, Videos, clothing, etc.

Millions of dollars of Hip Hop counterfeit bootlegs are sold every year and most sellers don't even know they are being infected by this plague.

We are gathering a list of neighborhood and online shops that are selling these products thinking nothing can or will be done about it. If you know of any shops out here in the US that are selling these products or if you have an issue with bootleggers in your area please contact us about getting legal representation to help solve this issue.
Ask your attorney about copyright infringement cease and desist letters and your options.

Strategic Monsters Tour and Dance Workshop

What's up everyone, we are reaching out to the dance community to let you know that Style Elements will be hosting a city to city tour consisting of B-Boy and B-Girl Jams and Hip Hop Dance Workshops. Some of the cities will include; Oakland, Stockton, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Albuquerque, Phoenix, Seattle, and Spokane just to name a few. The purpose of these Jams and Workshops is to bring back the days where dance was free and battles were spontaneous. We look forward to building with all of our friends out there and sharing the fundamental elements that the group was built around with a new generation.

The Style Elements crew was created in the year of 1995 and has ever since made an immense impact in the bboy culture internationally. Each of the crew members has individually inspired bboys around the world with their creativity, originality, and passion in their art form. However, together they brought the style of breaking into another level with their intricate and precise dance routines, which have become a commonly used and often necessary dance form in winning crew competitions.

The Style Elements crew originated from the Stockton and Modesto areas of Northern California. Since then they have became one of the most well-known and respected crews today. In just the first 10 years of existence Style Elements had already won over 50 1st place titles through worldwide bboy competitions. They have also expanded their influence by winning the most coveted international competitions. Such as UK Bboy Championships, Battle Of The Year Germany and Freestyle Session World Finals just to name a few.

After making an impact in the bboy world. Style Elements craved more and desired to broaden their horizons in the entertainment industry. Since moving to Los Angeles, crew members have appeared in a plethora of commercials, movies, and music videos. Commercials include Ipod, Jolly Ranchers, Coke, Volkswagon and Skechers while movies include 2 Fast 2 Furious. All for Nothing, You Got Served and Step Up 2. Style Elements have also danced during the halftime show of the NBA All-Star Games in Los Angeles. Crew members have also gone on tour and served as assistant choreographers for major music artists, including Justin Timberlake, Gwen Stefani, Black Eyed Peas, Christina Aguilera, and Missy Elliot. Currently, three members of Style Elements have achieved the rare opportunity to be used for background work and characters in a new Sony Playstation game dubbed "Bboy".
